Menus and Availability

Our Christmas Group Dinner Menu is available every night from 27th November to the 23rd December for groups of minimum 25 people maximum 40 people.

Christmas Group Lunch is available Monday to Friday from 4th to 22nd December.

We will be open for Brunch every weekend. Brunch will be served every day from the 27th December to the 2nd January.

An a la Carte menu will be available every evening throughout the festive season as well as a menu for casual lunch dining.

STARTERS

Soup
Brown butter and cauliflower soup served with warm homemade Guinness brown bread and butter V

Spiced Winter Salad
With brown rice, quinoa & cranberry, dressed with cashew cream V VE

Chicken Liver Pâté
Infused with thyme and served with quince jelly and toasts

Chicken Wings
Crispy Chicken Wings with ‘Cashel’ blue cheese dip & celery
+ Choose your sauce: Franks Hot sauce, Cola BBQ sauce or Honey & Harissa sauce +

Goat’s Cheese Tartlet
Baked with walnuts, spiced red onion marmalade, roasted cherry tomatoes and balsamic

Crispy Pork Tacos
Slow cooked pork shoulder in blend of house spices served with spiced apple slaw and harissa dressing (€2 supp)

Slow Cooked Beef Short Rib
On smoked brisket with chestnut mash, shaved sprouts and a Rioja & shallot sauce

Honey Glazed Halloumi Salad
Grilled with aubergine, roasted red pepper, homemade basil pesto, organic mixed leaves with quinoa and mixed bell peppers

Sea Trout
Pan-fried with sage & onion pesto, shaved sprouts, parsnip crisps and heritage potatoes

Truffle Pasta
Truffle Pasta with charred asparagus and Parmesan

10oz Strip Steak
10oz 21 day aged Angus Strip Steak served with beer battered onion rings, pepper sauce, rocket salad & fries (€5 supp)

DESSERT

Pecan Pie
with fresh cream & caramel sauce.

Coffee Affogato
double espresso served by a glass with ice cream, caramel, crushed hazelnuts & real Flake.

Lemon Meringue Pie
served with winter berries and fresh cream.

Belgium Dark Chocolate Brownie
with chocolate sauce, roasted nuts & vanilla ice-cream.

White Chocolate Blondie
white chocolate & hazelnut brownie with peanut-butter icing, homemade caramel & vanilla ice cream.
